- High Quality Master Chip, Low Power Consumption: Adopts high performance controller IC Chipset RTL9210B. Complies with UASP and Trim , effectively improve the speed and extend the lifetime of SSD. Compatible Multi OS, Windows 7/ 8/ 8.1/ 10/ Linux/ MAC. Plug-and-play, no additional drivers required. Does not need an external power supply.
- Applicable SSD: This M.2 SSD Enclosure is for NVMe PCIE & SATA M-Key / B+M connectors M.2 SSD. Applicable to sizes 2242 / 2260 / 2280 solid state drivers. Does not support M.2 PCIe AHCI SSDs, M.2 PCIe devices such as WIFI and capture cards, mSATA SSDs, and non-M.2 form factor SSDs. Note: NVMe and SATA SSD are not included.
- Type C interface: Both side can be inserted; M.2 NVME recommends USB-C Gen 2 10Gbps or Thunderbolt 3 for extreme speed performance. One HD movie transfer only takes 2 seconds; Backward compatible with USB 3.1 Gen1 and USB 3.0 up to 5Gbps.
- Aluminum Alloy Shell: Adopts aluminum alloy shell, slim design, durable and excellent heat dissipation, be portable and easy to carry.
- Blue Indicator: Blue Indicator shows the data transfer status, easy and clear; As with all SSDs, new media must be formatted before use. SSD file system must be supported on host operating system to be accessible.
- Key Differences Between HE-C327 & HE-C371: INTERFACE Both models support USB 3.1/3.2 Gen 2, offering speeds up to 10 Gbps. The HE-371 also complies with the newer USB 3.2 standard.
- Combability: The HE-327 supports only M.2 NVMe (M-Key) SSDs, while the HE-371 is more versatile, supporting both NVMe and SATA M.2 SSDs.
- Design & Features: Both enclosures have tool-free designs for easy SSD installation and come with aluminum alloy bodies for heat dissipation. However, the HE-371 includes additional thermal pads for better cooling.
- Form Factor: Both models support common SSD sizes (2242, 2260, 2280). However, the HE-371's broader compatibility with NVMe and SATA SSDs gives it more flexibility in terms of SSD options
